About the job

In order to support Scaleway's ambitious international growth strategy, the Revenue department is recruiting a Business Operations Associate who will be accountable for increasing customer and business velocity through tools, data & processes. Working in our Revenue Operations department, you will be in charge of managing different projects around Tooling efficiency, Enablement, Documentation and productivity.

Profil recherché

  • You are highly organized and love enabling people to be as organized as you are. You manage your vacations in spreadsheets and you color code your accordion folders.
  • You are comfortable and enjoy finding solutions by yourself. 
  • You have experience leading in extracurricular activities (e.g: team captain of your field hockey team) or school projects.
  • You want to learn the ins and outs of how to build repeatable, exponential growth in a fast-growing technology company. 
  • You love to learn. You’re reading books and subscribing to newsletters in order to ingest as much knowledge as possible.
  • You are curious & passionate about the future of technology.
  • You are comfortable communicating day-to-day in English, but you’re fluent in French.

  • Take ownership of key projects around Tooling efficiency, Enablement, Documentation and productivity.
  • Manage tool requests from various revenue teams and prioritize them according to impact, feasibility, and improvement of time-to-value.
  • Lead Enablement projects and documentation of our processes
  • Create & innovate on productivity and efficiency of the different teams with help of different stakeholders
  • Engage in joint projects with other marketing teams in order to align the impact of their campaign work with the impact of the tools.
