In order to support Scaleway's ambitious international growth strategy, we are recruiting a Sales Operations manager to join the Revenue Operations team in order to help our Sales department provide seamless customer experience. 

Mission

As a Sales Operations manager, you own every process that the Sales team is using to expand our revenues, relying principally on Salesforce and tools that interact with Salesforce (Klue, Segment, Lemlist, Aircall & more) to remove friction and improve forecasting.

As a member of the Marketing department, you will directly contribute to the growth of our self-serve revenue and sales pipeline, and you will be specifically accountable for our sales velocity - that is, the time it takes to close a deal. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll contribute to the team's mission of reducing friction from our buyer journey.

Scaleway counts on you to ramp up quickly by auditing our current sales processes, our existing pipeline, and our roadmap, and by identifying quick wins and long-term priorities to achieve our international growth ambitions. In the future, we'll look to you to have a better understanding of our buyer journey in order to inform and even change our go-to-market & global expansion strategy.

Profil recherché

  • Take ownership of Salesforce reports and dashboards, improving them as needed
  • Build solid workflows for a better inbound & outbound strategy and to improve our conversion rate & velocity
  • Report on key metrics, participate in weekly business reviews, solve short-term issues for stakeholders
  • Perfectly time the moment to get in touch with prospects, know how to contact them, and successfully move to another market
  • Work on ad hoc requests from the Sales Department
  • Set & maintain ambitious OKRs that draw a direct line between the impact of your work and the company's growth strategy
  • Challenge yourself to grow into the role that Scaleway will need you to play tomorrow by pursuing continuous professional development

  • Strong hand-on experience on Salesforce CRM: from creating reports to designing best objects and integrating third party solutions
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Sales cycle optimisation
  • You have  previous experience working in Software-as-a-Service environment, ideally a cloud hosting provider
  • You are comfortable with technically differentiated products, terminology & industry players
  • Being accountable for growth of self-serve revenue and/or sales pipeline motivates you
  • You thrive in an environment that favors autonomy
  • You love to learn every day
  • You are curious & passionate about the future of cloud computing


  • This position can be either: 
    - Based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France), partial/full remote is possible 
    - Fully remote in Europe
