Scaleway’s Sales team is growing and looking for a new Sales Development Representative to join the Business Development team and address the Swedish market (extended to Nordic countries).
 
You will join a Sales team of roughly 40 people, extremely dynamic and quickly growing, composed of Business Developers, Account Managers, Partner Managers, Sales Development representatives and Solution Architects. 
 
You will work with the sales and marketing teams on a daily basis

Profil recherché

  • Successful experience (1 - 3 years) in a sales role, ideally in IT/Cloud computing sector
  • Bilingual Swedish/English, French is a plus but not required

  •  Identify new prospects and hunting for new accounts in Sweden (extended to German speaking countries but only opportunistically)
  • Qualify the prospect database in Salesforce
  • Invite prospects to our commercial events
  • Organize appointments for Business Developers
  • Work with the marketing team and processing leads 

  • This position is not attached to a fixed office and is therefore 100% remote from Sweden.

    You are expected to be based in Sweden with the ability to travel nationally to visit clients when needed, and to travel to Paris to synchronise with the team regularly.

    Package
    The package is heavily incentivised based on a 36k€ fixed annual compensation, and most importantly, a 1% uncapped commission on newly generated revenue, distributed monthly, including accruals (some attrition factors and minimum performance apply).
     
    Local Team
    Your local country team will be composed at the minimum of yourself, a Business Development Representative who will work closely with you on your qualified pipeline, a Startup Evangelist, and a Solutions Architect who will be working with other teams.
